What if I didn’t receive a return label?
More than likely your item purchased was on final clearance. If it was not on final clearance please contact customer service at hello@stubbsandwootton.com or call 561.655.4105

Please include a note on the packing slip explaining the reason for your return. A confirmation email of this shall be sent upon our receipt of the item for your records.
Do you price match?
Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of original purchase date with original receipt / proof of purchase. Items during select promotional periods will not be subject to a price adjustment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but all taxes and duties must be paid by the purchaser. These taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost at checkout. Any applied duties, taxes, and/or shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long do I have to cancel an order?
In most cases until it ships, but in cases of custom ordered items there is no time to cancel after an order has been received.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call any of our showrooms to place an order.
