Can I track my shipment?

You can indeed!

In order to track your shipment simply click here and enter your UPS tracking number in the box on the top left corner of the screen.  

You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email sent the moment your order is processed.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

For the most part, we certainly can however it entirely depends on the area you live as not all UPS depot's deliver to PO Box addresses.

Shipping within the United States

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; and U.S. territories addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

Standard, expedited, and overnight orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS.

Shipping charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Please allow up to five to seven additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders.

When will my order arrive?

If you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail, your order has been packaged and is awaiting pickup at one of our distribution centers. Depending on the method of shipping you choose it may take 1 to 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. 

When will my order ship?

We normally ship all regular online orders within 2-3 business days from when you place the order. However, it is possible that during busy periods and sales an increase in wait time may be experienced. In the event that your product is on back-order, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time.

All Bespoke orders will typically ship within 12 weeks after your order has been placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We accept all international orders!

Please be advised all international orders are subject to duties and fees that are fully covered by the customer.

How do I avoid customs & duties?

To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not Stubbs & Wootton.

Why was I charged customs fees at delivery?

Any international order may incur a customs fee. These fees are being charged by your government, not our site.
